Chitrakut

Chitrakut is a traditional Indian sweet made from a blend of sugar, ghee (clarified butter), and various nuts and spices. It's often shaped into rectangular pieces and sandwiched with sandesh cream & khoya,  has a rich, buttery flavor with a slightly grainy texture.
