Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- Gift cards must be redeemed in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not permitted.
- The full gift card balance must be used at once; any unused balance will not carry over.
- Once a gift card is redeemed online, it cannot be redeemed offline, and vice versa.

Advance Order – Terms & Conditions
1. Advance orders will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
2. Any change or cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pick-up time and is subject to approval.
3. Advance paid may be non-refundable for customised, bulk or specially prepared orders once preparation/procurement has commenced.
4. The balance amount must be paid before or at the time of delivery/pick-up, as applicable.
5. Delivery/pick-up time is indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customers are requested to check the order at the time of delivery/pick-up and report any discrepancy immediately.

8. This Order Slip must be produced at the time of pick-up, wherever applicable.
